On October 1, 2019 the State of Oregon will adopt the ASHRAE 90.1-2016 as its new Energy Code.  This seminar will allow attendees to understand the mechanical, envelope, and lighting updates implemented by the new code.  Presenters will provide background on why and how code language is defined along with a description of the modeling performed by PNNL for Appendix G.  Lastly, with multiple codes available for adoption, reasons for Oregon’s decision to implement ASHRAE 90.1 as its energy code for the future.
